3) What about KB971033 or WAT?

4) Are the updates safe?
Yes, I test the updates before a pack release!
5) Do i have to disable Windows Updates? (Disable = set windows update to never check for updates)
Yes!
For each computer you have at home or office "windows update" will use your internet connection for updates, slowing your internet connection.
So check the readme section of this tool to make sure you set your computer to "never check for internet updates" properly
6) Is this a monthly update?
Yes
7) What is the goal of this utility?
This utility does not promote piracy, its just a tool for those of us that always have to update systems and dont want to slow the internet connection.
